What a wonderful Sunday Morning. we wake to a new coating of snow, as we call it another plowable dusting. The thermometer reads 25, I thin its lying to me. I know there has to be a wind chill factor in there since I am watching the snow swirl around like a tornado out there.
Lots to do today, going to tow to get grain for the kritters and pick up exercise equipment for Rob. Then home to find a place to put it. Lots of sewing to do today. I need to find away to bring a larger income into the farm during the winter months.
Today will find me sewing more quilts, I have 12 tops done ,, now to just sit and do the backings and tye them off to place on here for sale. I did find 5 more hats that I had done earlier last spring , after picture uploaded they will be on here. Still working on mittens.
Tomorrow after taking Rob to work, I will go pick up a round bale of hay for the cows and horses, possibly make several trips just to get a couple ahead.
I have rearranged some shelving to make more room in sewing room for fabric to be placed on, so I can use the table for cutting, and tying the quilts on, instead of the kitchen table.
At some point today indeed to bake a blueberry pie and make a nice stew for supper. Thinking chicken and dumplings, havent had that in awhile. The feel of the cookstove warm the floor nicely so cooking is a double blessing on it.
But for now I must get busy and finish chores, run and do errands, and get back to work.
If you have any comments or ideas of thing to sell on the farm, things you would like to see drop me a note either on here or even my face book page, always up for new ideas.
Have a Blessed Sunday
Smile you just might be the one to be Blessed
