Spring

January 18th,2011

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDREW,,big # 9.
We are under another snow warning. Lucky us. It started snowing here a little after 6am, we already have an inch or better.
Took Rob to work this morning, now wondering if I will have to go pick him up,,, I am praying he brings the big truck home.
I have brought Sami's bed home this morning now she has her own bed and wont be on the couch any more. Lost my craft/sewing room in the process. But in the long run its better.
I have alot of arranging to do now in my bedroom since 1000's of yards  of fabric have now been moved up stairs. Bad part is i cant sew now at night if Rob is watching tv, the sewing machine will drive him nuts. LOL Hmmmmmmm! Oh I will be nice.

We got the round feeder all put together last night, I think  I left half my finger tips out there  stuck on the bolts like a tongue on a flag pole. But the hay is now contained, not  that it will last longer but at least  wont be flying all over the  round pen and out across the driveway.
Its time to finish loading up everyone with extra water and fill a few barrels just in case we loose power. Safer than sorrier I say.

I havent gotten the cook stove going yet but thats next on my list. I need to go cut up some fire wood that is to long for the stove. Think pork roast and sauerkraut, boiled potatoes and green beans. Can cook everything right on the stove and the smell will be awesome all day.

Well i am off of here for awhile, you can find me on face book. So glad you stopped by. Leave me a comment, sign the guest book, just say hello.
Stay safe

God Bless
